Fonteum was founded in 2026 after a decade building data products for marketplaces and publishers. The premise that healthcare-provider markets deserve the same documentation as capital markets is the founding thesis.

The founder is the editor of record for every research study published to date. Until dedicated Editorial Lead and Data Lead hires close, the day-to-day responsibilities of those roles are also the founder's — described separately on the role-based profiles below so the workload split is visible.

14-tuple provenance

Every rendered fact ties to a source URL, dataset ID, snapshot date, row key, and SHA-256 — the full chain-of-custody record.

Reproducible SQL

Each study ships the exact query behind its figures, run against the cited federal snapshot. Re-run it yourself.

Daily reconciliation

Published counts are reconciled against the upstream federal datasets on a daily cadence, with drift logged.
